REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 2007/2008
The Port Credit Hockey Association will again be using the Mississauga Hockey League's Member Services for on-line registration. The link to Member Services On-line Registration can be found at the bottom of this page.

PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS, OPEN REGISTRATION BEGINS
Pre-Registration has ended so any returning Port Credit players (including Paperweight) can register now during open registration. Returning players should have received a letter in the mail prior to May 15th which contains the "Prime Household Contact's" user ID and password. Of course, if you remember your password from last year you still may use it. If you did not receive this letter please contact  registration@portcredithockey.com.

 • Once you have your user ID and password, simply follow the link (at the bottom of this page) to the Member Services On-line Registration

• Enter your user ID and password and click on "Submit" (DO NOT CLICK ON THE "REGISTER" TAB)

• Please take the time to ensure all your information is correct, INCLUDING YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

• To register your player, click on "Add Services", read and accept the Mississauga Codes of Conduct.

• Select your player from the drop-down list

• Select "Player" from the Registration Type and follow the prompts to complete your registration

At the end of the registration procedure you will have the opportunity to print the Registration Invoice. Please PRINT two copies of this page and send ONE copy in with your payment, retain the other for your records. You will immediately receive your 1st e-mail confirming your registration has been received and approval will be held subject to the Port Credit Registrar receiving you payment.


TEAM OFFICIALS
 Persons registering as team officials will register in the same manner by clicking on "Add Services", reading and accepting the Mississauga Codes of Conduct, selecting your name from the drop-down list, selecting the appropriate Registration Type and following the prompts to complete your registration. Of course, no mail-in or Credit Card payment is required.


OPEN REGISTRATION
 Open registration will begin June 16th, again by using Member Services On-line Registration System. Mississauga residents from other associations and players new to the Mississauga Hockey League can register at this time. You will need a copy of your player's birth certificate, passport or citizenship number.

• Follow the link (at the bottom of this page) to the Member Services On-line Registration.

• Click on the "Register" tab to begin the process. Here you will identify yourself as the "Prime Household Contact" (Parent or Guardian) and fill in the necessary information, INCLUDING YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. Once complete you will immediately receive an e-mail containing your new user ID and password. You will have the opportunity to add "Household Members". Household members are players and possibly spouses (or equivalents).

• To add members, click on "Add" next to Member Profiles. Fill in the necessary information and click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.
• You may add as many Household Members as required.
• To register your player, click on "Add Services", read and accept the Mississauga Codes of Conduct,
• Select your player from the drop-down list, select "Player" from the Registration Type and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

At the end of the registration procedure you will have the opportunity to print the Registration Invoice. Please PRINT two copies of this page and send ONE copy in with your payment and proof of birth and retain the other for your records. You will immediately receive your 1st e-mail confirming your registration has been received and approval will be held subject to the Port Credit Registrar receiving you payment and Proof of Birth, if required.

 Fees for the 2007-2008 season are as follows:

Paperweight..................$405.00
All House league..........$395.00

Cheques may be post-dated to August 1st, 2007

If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card, there is no need to mail your invoice.

If your player is new to the MHL, you will be required to mail their Proof of Birth.

Once the Registrar receives your payment (and proof of birth, if required) you will be sent a second e-mail confirming and approving your player's registration. Accurate and prompt payment will ensure your player receives any available spots.
