All coaches and their staff are responsible for supporting the Port Credit Hockey Association. They are required to attend all
Association Coaches Meetings and to fulfill all obligations as required in the Coaches Responsibility Agreement.  

All applications are to be submitted by February 16, 2008. Please download both documents, complete the required 
information and email to beatonassociates@on.aibn.com. If you do not have access to e-mail please fax the completed 
forms to 905 829-3055. Applications for assistant coaches are required as well. All new Coaches to Port Credit will 
be required to submit a “police check” or confirmation from the MHL. The PCHA Coaching Committee will make 
recommendations to the PCHA Executive for approval. Decisions will be announced by March 10, 2008.
