Teams are ranked in the standings by Points.
The first tie-breaker is Most Wins, followed by +/-. Goals For, Goals Against and head-to-head game.

The final standings decide play-off format: 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th & 11th into Pool "A" and 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th & 12th into Pool "B".
