On-Line Registration
Registration for the 2010-2011 season is now open.
The Hockey Canada registration system works best with Firefox 3.0 or
Internet Explorer 7.0 or greater. To find out which version of Internet
Explorer you have, open your web browser and click on the “Help” menu
and select “About Internet Explorer”. You may wish to upgrade your web
browser to take advantage of new features.

All player registrations will take place on-line and will require you
to:

Be a
resident of Mississauga
·
Have a birth
certificate number, passport number, or citizenship number
·
Agree to the
City of Mississauga & MHL Fair Play Code of Conduct
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Goalies should register early, as spots are limited.
REGISTRATION FEES
$450 - Paperweight (Tyke
2006/05/04)
$435 - Minor Novice (2003)
to Minor Midget (1995)
$250 - Midget (1994/93)
(practices are not included, may be added at the coach’s/team’s
discretion)
$250 - Juvenile
(1992/91/90) (no practices)
A $25 discount will be applied automatically when registering online the
2nd, 3rd and 4th child from the same
family.
If you already have a child signed with a Port Credit ‘A’ team, send an
email to
registration@portcredithockey.com
after registering a sibling, so that the family discount can
be applied.
PAYMENT
Payment can be
made by credit card, cheque or money order.
Cheque or money
orders are made payable to: Port Credit Hockey Association.

Payment must be received in order to confirm your registration.
New players to the MHL must submit a copy of their proof of birth. NSF
cheques will be subject to a $25 admin fee.
REFUND POLICY
No player releases or refunds will be granted prior to January 16th of
the playing season. Any change to that policy is at the sole discretion
of the individual Association with the minimum administration fee set at
$75.
For any registration withdrawal or cancellation, an administration fee
will be deducted from the refund.
Up to Sept. 1st
- less $75
Sept. 2nd
to Nov. 15th - less $150
After Nov. 15th
- no refund
No refund will be issued where a false statement is made during the
registration process (i.e.: a false address submitted by a NON-RESIDENT
of Mississauga). No refund will be issued if it is determined that there
has been an abuse of the Port Credit/MHL’s registration system. No
refund will be given if a player has registered with another hockey
league other than the MHL.

Players signed to a 2010-2011
‘A’ or Gold team, have already been registered at tryouts and do not
need to go through this process.
NOTE: September evaluations
are tentatively scheduled for Sept. 11th & 12th.
